SonicFi Inc. (“SonicFi,” “we” or “us”) provides the Ronto Portal Service (“Service”). This Privacy Notice is intended to inform users (“you”) about how we collect, process, and safeguard your email and service traffic-related data. - When you register an account of the Service, we will only collect the email address you provide. This email address will only be used for the sole purpose of sending a confirmation email from our cloud server to activate your user account.

2.Data Retention.
We will retain your email address only for one (1) year after your account remains inactive or unactivated. After this period, your email address will be deleted. Similarly, service traffic-related data will be retained for a period of thirty (30) days and will be deleted thereafter. In both cases, data may be retained for a longer period if required by local laws and regulations.

- Your email address will be stored and recorded by the service provider associated with your usage and will not be transferred to other servers or subjected to any cross-border data transfers.
- The Service processes all service traffic-related data locally on your device. No service traffic-related data is transmitted to the cloud, external servers, or transferred internationally. All computations and data storage related to service traffic-related data are performed exclusively within the application, ensuring that your data remains secure and private.

5.Third-Party Disclaimer.
SonicFi is not responsible for the collection, storage, or processing of personal data by third parties, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), System Integrators (SIs), or other partners. All responsibilities regarding the management of personal data lie solely with the data controllers and processors. Except for the limited data described above, SonicFi does not collect, process, or store any personal data related to the Service. We are not liable for the data protection practices or compliance of third parties involved in the Service.

While SonciFi implements commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, no DATA SECURITY MEASURES CAN GUARANTEE 100% SECURITY. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
