Ronto solution’s management architecture allows administrators to manage multiple different entities simultaneously, such as restaurants, bookstores, clinics, and supermarkets. It can also manage multiple branches under the same entity, such as restaurant branches located in different regions, a feature known as multi-tenant management. A managed entity can be a small one using on-premises controller as a gateway too, or a larger one which is managed directly by the cloud controller. The former is called a controller site and the latter is called a Ronto site. Once administrators login to the Ronto Portal, they can see and manage all the Ronto sites and Controller sites legitimately manageable.
